A: Professional Women's Anonymous is an organization
designed to support professional women and men with reporting,
managing and resolving harassment without retaliation,
stigmatization, or other losses derived from open exposure
within the corporation environment.
Q: How can I be sure that my contributions
to the group will remain anonymous?
A: Professional Women's Anonymous understands the need for
anonymity and work to make sure you can confide in us and
have confidence that we will protect your identity.
Q: Can professional men also participate in the
organization?
A: Absolutely, we welcome both men and women who want
assistance with unreported workplace harassment or
discrimination.
Q: How
does PWA
define harassment?
A: Harassment is any unwanted action, gesture, or words
that causes an individual or group to feel uncomfortable
and/or at a disadvantage.
Q: How
can I become a subscriber of PWA’s services?
A: You can subscribe to our free newsletter or
receive free assistance with workplace harassment by
contacting the organization via our online forum, email or
by phone.
Q: Can PWA support me during a legal
dispute?
A: No. ProWomen.org does not provide input to
legal disputes. However, you may be advised that you should
seek legal remedy for resolution outside the scope of the
organization.
Q: Does PWA’s sponsors have access to
information that I give the organization?
A: Absolutely not. Sponsorship is managed by our
Fundraising activities, which are managed completely
independently of our services delivery. |
